How to start a return
- Email contact@ironandivorydress.com with your order number and the piece you would like to return.
- We reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Pack the piece as it arrived and post it back with a tracked service. Return postage is yours to arrange and pay.

A return has to be authorised first so the warehouse knows it is coming, and we will confirm the address in case it has changed. Keep your proof of postage, and include the original packaging, tags and any accessories with the piece. The parcel travels back to our warehouse at your cost, so please check the size chart before you order.
